Broken Hearted Feeling so after a tough break, you can throw off the track … You start in a rush of different feelings all at once … The feeling of loneliness, sadness, unbearable pain and anxiety. What you need to do is take a deep breath and think that the pain go away slowly over time. This is not an easy journey to take on board, but it is one that everyone goes at one point or another in their lives.
